  1. Pause before speaking, when angry, when … any time.
  2. Stop getting angry!
  3. Listen more.
  4. Read more.
  5. Start marking up your books when you read great nuggets that tug at you.
  6. Put up that vision board already woman!!!
  7. Keep exercising. No excuses.
  8. Go out on more dates with your husband.
  9. Go on more dates with the kids individually.
  10. Be more mysterious.
  11. Keep writing those ideas and then ACT!!
  12. Dream, struggle, victory!!! Dream more, prepare and struggle more and then enjoy/learn from those victories/failure with no apologies/excuses.
  13. Keep questioning, thinking, and learning the truth.
  14. Seek like-minded people.
  15. Be so very thankful, you have been blessed so very much.
  16. Plan-Do-Check-Adjust (PDCA) everything that is important to you: spirituality, relationships, wellness, purpose-driven work and finances.
  17. Find mentors in all areas and be prepared to really listen and learn.
  18. Be more empathetic and less judgmental.
  19. Forgive.
  20. Live your best life every day. Start it really early. 6 a.m. would be great. 5 a.m. even better.

    Stopping anger requires a better understanding of yourself. I think you refer to it as your truth. Here is a suggestion of a way to discover what conditioned thought makes you angry.
